Your Healthy Living Prize Draw, Competition and Reader Survey Terms and Conditions
There are two ways to enter the regular Your Healthy Living Prize Draws:
- On our website: our regular prize draws can be found here and here. Simply tick the box for each prize draw you would like to enter and complete the short form at the bottom of the page.
- By email: send an email to win@jfnproductions.co.uk with the Free Draw Code for the prize draw you would like to enter in the email subject box.
You can always enter our competitions by email up until the published closing date, even if our website has been updated with the next set of prize draws.
Winners are selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date. Winners are notified by email within 40 days of the published closing date.
By entering a prize draw, competition or offer you agree to the company involved in this offer - “offer company“ - contacting you in relation to this offer and such communication may or may not contain further information or offers as well as a future unsubscribe facility.
When entering by email, if you do not wish the “offer company” to contact you more than on one occasion regarding this offer please write ‘No offers’ at the top of your entry email.
When entering online you will have the option to agree to being contacted on occasion by JFN Productions Ltd, publishers of Your Healthy Living, and companies connected to JFN Productions Ltd only. To opt out, leave that box unticked online. If you choose to opt in you can opt out at any time by emailing query@jfnproductions.co.uk.
The prize draws and competitions are only open to those who are residents of the UK at the time of their entry and who are aged 18 or over (ROI residents can enter the competitions at www.rudehealthmagazine.ie/competitions). You may enter more than one draw but there is a maximum of one entry per person per prize. Prizes can only be despatched to residential addresses within the UK.
The prize draws and competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of JFN Productions Ltd or any subsidiary of JFN Productions Ltd.
The prize draws and competitions are not open to anyone professionally connected with each individual prize draw and competition, including employees of any companies providing competition prizes, or employees of any companies which have products entered for voting in awards.
Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged. Entries by third parties are not accepted. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes and prizes are not transferable. The publisher’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
By entering the draws you agree to participate in Your Healthy Living publicity if you win. Winners’ names are available on written request, with an SAE, to the publishers JFN Productions Ltd. There may be an administration charge for this.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize or equal or greater value. If winners are unable to take the prize or not contactable after 21 days, a redraw may take place.
Prizes are for personal use only and not for re-sale.
Winners accept prizes at their own risk. For those that involve travel, winners should obtain their own travel insurance and ensure they are fit to travel.
The publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from prize/competition administration or winners’ acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prizes.
Where specific terms and conditions apply to a prize or offer, they will take precedence over these stated ones.
By participating in the comments field of our Reader Surveys, or anywhere else that invites reader feedback, you are agreeing for us to use your comments, your name and the county in which you live for publicity and promotion of Your Healthy Living.

Everyone who completes the Your Healthy Living Reader Survey 2024 by the closing date will be entered into prize draw to win a two-night spa break for two at Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa in Kent. The prize includes two nights in an Executive Room with a full English breakfast on both mornings, a spa treatment each, and dinner with a bottle of house wine on one night in the hotel's Squires Restaurant. Offer to be redeemed before 30 April 2024. Subject to normal room availability and excludes key dates. Cannot be exchanged for a cash value. Dinner would be to a value of £28 per person in Squires restaurant and includes a bottle of house wine. The prize winner is responsible for any extra charges incurred whilst redeeming the prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and travel is not included. Prize cannot be given as a gift.
Your Healthy Living Environmental Champions 2023 Terms and Conditions
To enter the Your Healthy Living Environmental Champions 2023 prize draw, select your chosen brand and enter your details on this page.

JFN Productions Ltd reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
Voting closes on 31 December 2022. The winner and runners-up will be announced in the March 2023 issue of Your Healthy Living.
The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each person who places a vote in the Your Healthy Living Environmental Champions 2023 will be entered into the Your Healthy Living Environmental Champions 2023 Prize Draw.
One Your Healthy Living Environmental Champions 2023 Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified within 28 days of 31 December 2022.
The prize is for a winner plus one guest. Prize winner and guest must be aged 18 and over. Only one winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Prize to be redeemed by 31 March 2023.

Voting in the Healthy Living Awards 2024 takes place on our website (see here for details).

For X (Twitter) Competitions: Each contestant must follow @YHLMag and any competition partners on X (Twitter) and repost one of our original posts about the competition, including the competition hashtag, in order to enter.
For Facebook Competitions: Each contestant must like the YourHealthyLivingMagazine Facebook page and any competition partners' Facebook pages as well as commenting on one of our original posts about the competition in order to enter.
For Instagram Competitions: Each contestant must follow the yhlmag Instagram page and any competition partners' Instagram pages as well as commenting on one of our original posts about the competition in order to enter.

Whilst Your Healthy Living takes all of the necessary actions to monitor, reduce and remove spam comments and activity on our competition posts from bots, groups and individuals, Your Healthy Living/JFN Productions Ltd shall not be liable in the case of any entrants falling victim to an online scam.
Worldwide copyright of each entry belongs to JFN Productions Ltd once submitted. JFN Productions Ltd have the unrestricted right to publish any entries and/or use them for promotional purposes. Entrants must be prepared to take part in publicity.
Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
